Menuzen is a web and mobile platform that enables restaurants to create and manage digital menus across multiple platforms—without needing design expertise. As the lead UI/UX designer, I owned the end-to-end product design process: defining user flows, producing wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes, and building a scalable Figma design system that underpinned the entire product. My work spanned core product features such as menu templates, item management, onboarding, subscription flow, and the full admin dashboard, along with supporting brand and marketing initiatives.
Restaurants were struggling to create digital menus that were both visually appealing and easy to maintain. Existing tools were either too complex (requiring design knowledge or manual formatting) or too limited (producing generic, inflexible menus).
