FlourishDx delivers psychosocial safety solutions to organisations across Australia and internationally, combining evidence-based consulting with a modern SaaS platform for assessing and managing psychosocial risks at scale.As Senior Designer, I led a full visual rebrand to elevate the identity to match the sophistication of the product and the expectations of enterprise clients. While the previous brand had solid recognition, it lacked cohesion and struggled to communicate the dual nature of FlourishDx’s offering—human-centred consulting paired with technology-driven solutions.
Despite strong domain expertise, the previous brand identity wasn’t communicating FlourishDx’s value effectively—especially in an enterprise landscape. The visuals felt dated and inconsistent across product and marketing, creating a fragmented client experience and diminishing trust.The brand also lacked clarity in communicating the SaaS platform, often making the company appear more like a traditional consultancy than a technology provider. Internally, the system wasn’t scalable; teams frequently rebuilt assets from scratch, resulting in inefficiencies and inconsistent quality.
I led a complete brand refresh to unify the identity and elevate its maturity. The new system introduced a refined palette, modern typography, a comprehensive icon set, updated imagery, and a cohesive design language applied consistently across product, marketing, and sales collateral.I developed a full brand kit and style guide in Figma—spanning colour, type, spacing, components, and reusable templates—enabling all teams to produce high-quality, on-brand assets efficiently.The result is a confident yet approachable identity that positions FlourishDx as both a trusted consulting partner and a modern SaaS innovator
